No Hidden Costs
We find the hidden problems – but there are no hidden costs. We charge a one off fee – no nasty surprises. Our complete building and pest inspection fee is just $545 including GST (for an average 25sq home). Or you can choose one of the following options for your pre-purchase inspection:

Building Inspection only - $325
Pest Inspection only - $300
Building and Pest Inspection - $545

If your home is substantially bigger, that’s fine too. We can give you an upfront quote. So you know exactly what you’re up for. It’s a small price to pay for peace of mind.
